Our ultimate responsibility is the provision of original and creative
designs and/or applications which represent both value for money and benefit to our
clients, our clients' customers and the general public. Upon receiving an enquiry from a
prospective client, we will provide a detailed written proposal in the form of a
personalised Site Plan, which will identify amongst other things:
- A summary of the project to be undertaken based on initial information provided to us by
the prospective client.
- Estimated scope of the project to be undertaken.
- Estimated costings and timeframes relating to the project.
- Suggestions and advice relating to promoting and enhancing the project.
- The members of staff selected to be involved with the project.
Prior to engagement and following further liaison with the prospective client in order
that we are fully aware of the nature and scope of the work required, we will provide a
detailed written contract which will identify amongst other things:
- A full outline of all work to be undertaken.
- Exact costings and timeframes relating to the project.
- Details of our pricing/invoicing structure.
- Details relating to copyright and ownership of files/applications created.
- A copy of our Terms of Business.

| We will maintain absolute confidentiality in all matters concerning a
client's technology, strategy, organisation and business practices and/or any other matter
which is defined as confidential by the client, unless expressly permitted to disclose
such information by the client. We will maintain constant and regular contact with each
client during all stages of the design and/or development process, in order that the
client is always fully appraised of their project's progress.
We will always conduct ourselves in a professional, helpful, friendly and honest manner
in all of our dealings with our clients, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure
that any sub-contractors working on behalf of Eye-Dentity Interactive also abide by this
code of conduct. |
